We sold our home in San Francisco last year and went looking for a home on the Peninsula. We looked in San Mateo, Hillsborough, and Burlingame. We were referred to Nancy by a friend who had used her for a couple of transactions previously. Nancy did an incredible job for us. In this day and age where you can use the MLS and almost feel like you don't need to use a real estate agent, because you find properties almost as fast as most agents, Nancy added real value. In fact, the home that we bought (which was on the MLS), we were only able to buy because of Nancy finding out early about a price reduction which brought the home into our price range. She moved so quickly that we made the offer and had it accepted in 24 hours. Right after the acceptance the owners received a handful of other people who wanted to offer on it based on the price reduction. Nancy is just so on top of things she gives you an advantage over other agents making you more competitive in securing a home. Nancy has lived on the Peninsula her whole life, so if you're looking in this area she is totally knowledgeable. I'll also add that she loves her job. She happily drove me around for months to look at almost 100 houses before we found the right home.
